  • CCIE is a international research conference held in Wuhan, China since 2010. The conference series has featured keynote talks, special sessions, poster presentation, tutorials, workshops, and contributed papers each year.
  • The goal of the conference is to be a premier venue for researchers and industry practitioners to share new ideas, research results and development experiences in various fields.
  • Authors are kindly invited to submit their papers/ posters/ demo proposals as per the call for papers schedule below.

Submission Process
  • Authors are kindly invited to submit their formatted full papers/posters including results, tables, figures and references.
  • All paper submissions will be double-blind peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, research content, correctness, relevance to conference and readability. Please read complete call for papers guidelines before submitting your paper.

Submission Guidelines
  • We accept files in .docx/.doc/format - as per the call for papers schedule;
  • Please enter in author details, university, country information or any other author related information in the manuscript to be in line.
  • Articles should be thoroughly checked and proofread before submission, after you have submitted your article you are unable to make any changes to it during the refereeing process—although if accepted, you will have a chance to make minor revisions after refereeing and before the final submission of your article.
Review Process
  • Step 1: Preliminary Review
    The topic of manuscript must be included in the conference's aim and scope. Then, the similarity rate checking will be done. Manuscripts out of topic, high AI index or plagiarism (>25%) will be rejected.
  • Step 2: Peer Review
    CCIE 2026 uses double-blind system for Peer-Review; both reviewers' and authors' identities remain anonymous. Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least 1-3 experts in related field: one editorial staff member as well as one to three external reviewers. The review process takes about 1-3 weeks.
  • Step 3: Result
    The review result is based on the suggestions of the reviewers. If reviewers have different opinion on manuscript, the editor will make a balanced decision based on all comments, or a second round of peer-review may be initiated.
  • Step 4: Ready for Publication
    Only papers that have been accepted and undergone final proofreading shall be submitted to the publisher for publication.

    CCIE 2026 adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics and implements all feasible measures to combat publication misconduct of any kind. Committed to upholding these rigorous benchmarks, the Conference combines a stringent peer-review process with robust ethical policies. The Editorial Committee shall treat any violation of professional ethical standards—including plagiarism, fraudulent data usage, and unauthorized claims of authorship—with the utmost gravity and a zero-tolerance stance.
    The submitted manuscript should not have been previously published in any form and must not be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Formatting Guidelines
  • Papers must be in English and 6-20 pages in length.
  • Paper content must be original and relevant to one of the many conference topics.
  • Authors are required to ensure accuracy of quotations, citations, diagrams, maps, and tables.
  • Figures and tables need to be placed where they are to appear in the text and must be clear and easy to view.
  • Papers must follow format according to the downloadable template
Best Paper/Poster Awards
  • CCIE Conference Awards is presented to the authors to have written the best paper or poster appearing in the annual conference proceedings. Recipients are presented with a trophy and certificate that describes the award. The awards are announced and bestowed during the conference closing session.
